Anxiety disorders affect more than 18 percent of the U.S. population and cost the country more than $42 billion a year in healthcare costs. Finding simple ways to help alleviate stress on a daily basis may help prevent more serious symptoms of anxiety disorders. Here are some tips for coping with stress:

  • Get up 15 minutes earlier
  • Prepare for the morning the night before

  • Set priorities in your life
