Safe and Sound Protocol Group

The Safe and Sound Protocol (for Adults) is a practical application of Polyvagal Theory, designed to reduce sound sensitivities and improve auditory processing, behavioral state regulation, and social engagement behaviors. The SSP is delivered through specially-filter music that tones the middle ear muscle and activates the cranial nerves, thereby “waking up” your vagus nerve. This group is not a certifying group. It is a practical application experience. From this experience, you may decide to become certified in the SSP delivery. There are NOT CEU’s for this process group.
